We are Catholic. The daycare was in a Baptist church. Wonderful daycare. He was always coming home talking about "we talked to God today". I thought it was sweet they were praying. The daycare was in the basement of the church. One day when I picked him up I heard singing in the sanctuary. I said, "Sam, who's singing upstairs?" He said, "Well, I guess it's God. He lives there!" Turns out the entire class had been going to the sanctuary where they visited with the pastor. Sam thought the Baptist pastor was God and they'd been visiting him in His house.
